Return and Refund Policy
Auraluxe.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product(s).

You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
Return costs are your responsibility. These are approximately €6.95 per package - please check with your local courier for exact prices.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and – as far as reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the items are in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

If the product is damaged or there is unnecessary damage to the packaging, we may deduct the depreciation from your refund.

Exceptions
The following products are not returnable:

• Hygiene products (e.g. bras, underwear, intimate products): Cannot be returned if used or if the protective film is broken

• Customized or personalized products: Non-returnable unless the product is defective in manufacturing.

• Creams/serums in opened packaging: Non-returnable

How to return a product
Send an email to service@auraluxe.comwith your order number and the product you are returning.

We will send you return instructions by email.

Pack the product carefully and send it to the address we have provided.
